Beautiful lake resort

Spent 2 days at the Wave. The hotel is nice, but something is off. Our room had a dehumidifier in it, which I have never seen in any hotel before. It filled up twice and the alarm went off at 4:00am requiring us to have to empty it. The restaurant is nice, but it is small and the locals come here to hang out and reserve tables, there are no tables for the guest staying at the hotel and no one tells you that you need to reserve a table. We sat there waiting for space at the bar. A employee/ manager saw us and did sit us at a reserved table, we were respectful and ate fast and that was nice of the staff person. The main red flag- we were giving a door code to get into our room. My husband went down stairs to our car and forgot what our room number was. He was able to use our door access code to open two other rooms next to ours that other people were staying! Not good at all. We did bring it up to management and we received a new access code, but unsure what was given to others. Seems to be a liability waiting, I did not feel that safe.

Excelente espacio, todo muy bien menos la reserve, seleccione una hab con camas dobles y me entregaron una con cama sencilla hab 228, y me facturaron doble cargo, uno de travelocity 156.oo y otro a la llagada del hotel 200.0
